Do you have a physical store?

We have a physical unit at #02-70 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228213 which only caters to in-person collection and viewing appointments. All our items are listed for sale on Carousell, with no public display in-store.

Do the items listed come with their box, dust bag, invoice, authenticity card, etc.?

All accompanying accessories of an item will be shown in the listing pictures. These may include, but are not limited to - the box, dust bag, original / photocopied receipt, authenticity card, additional straps, tags, watch links, etc.

If an accessory is not shown in the pictures, it is not included with the item.

What do the Ranks (e.g. N, S, etc) mean?

  • N:Brand new (i.e. 4 months off the shelf)
  • S:Unused
  • A:Almost as good as unused
  • AB:Slighly used
  • B+:Used with minor defects
  • B:Used with visible defects
  • B-:Used with significant defects
  • BC:Used with significant defects and signs of age
  • C:Heavily used

I sent a message on Carousell for a listing. When can I expect a reply?

Our usual operating hours are from 10am to 7pm daily. We strive to respond to all inquiries within the next working day.

How do I check if my order has been confirmed?

Offers are reviewed in the order they're received to ensure fairness for everyone.

If an item is marked as reserved while your offer is pending, it means another customer expressed interest earlier. However, we will keep you informed promptly if the earlier offers do not go through.

Once your offer is accepted, the item will be reserved for you. We'll then request a deposit payment within the same day to finalize your purchase.

I've completed payment before my offer was accepted, so does that mean the item is reserved for me?

No, if your offer is still pending, any payment transferred to us will be credited towards your next confirmed purchase.

If there are no confirmed purchases within a week after the transfer, we will initiate a refund upon your request. Please note that a $0.50 bank administration fee will apply for the refund process.

Can you reserve an item for me?

Yes, a deposit of $20 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is higher, is required to reserve an item. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once your item is reserved, the following must be completed:

  • Payment of the remaining 90% balance – Within 1 week from the deposit payment date
  • Item collection – Within 2 weeks from the deposit payment date

Failure to adhere to these timelines will result in the forfeiture of your payment, and the item will be offered to the next interested buyer.

If you are unable to collect your item in time, please notify our Sales Team and we will make alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Can I transfer my deposit from one item to another?

No. Please note that all deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Are the prices of your items on Carousell negotiable?

Typically, our listed prices are non-negotiable. However, items unsold for over 2 months may become negotiable. For further details, please contact us directly on Carousell.

Are items marked as reserved still available for purchase?

Items marked as reserved or labeled as '[RESERVED]' in the title are not available for sale. Such items are either pending collection or awaiting status update as sold.

Why are some items unavailable, even though they are not marked as reserved?

This could be due to a potential system glitch on Carousell's end. If you have any doubts about the status of a specific item, please contact us directly through Carousell.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept payment via Cash (in-store only), PayNow, PayLah!, Bank Transfer and Credit Cards.

Please note that an additional 3% transaction fee will apply to purchases made under the Credit Card method.

Cash payments are not accepted for purchases exceeding S$10,000.

Do you accept Caroupay?

No, Caroupay is not an accepted payment option.

Is it possible to take a look at the actual item before making my purchase?

Certainly. Please message us via Carousell at least 2 days in advance to arrange a viewing.

Kindly note that each appointment allows for a maximum of 3 items to be viewed, depending on availability. As our items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, there is a chance that an item may be sold or reserved before your viewing appointment.

Can I drop by without an appointment?

We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance so that we can prioritize your visit. Walk-in customers may experience a minimum 30-minute wait, depending on store traffic.

Where can I collect my purchases?

The collection point is located at #02-70 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228213, operating daily between 10am-1pm and 2pm-7pm.

Do you offer deliveries?

Yes, our local delivery options are as follows:

  • Orders under $50 - $5 for Q-Express Tracked Mailing
  • Orders totaling $50 & above - Complimentary Q-Express Tracked Mailing (ETA. 2-3 days)
  • Orders totaling $500 & above - Complimentary Courier Delivery (eta. 1-2 days, subjected to driver availability).

International deliveries are available for select countries only. To check if your purchase is eligible for overseas delivery for a fee, please message us directly on Carousell.

Can I cancel my offer after it has been accepted?

Yes, certainly. As all deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, the 10% deposit will also be forfeited upon cancellation.

Please note that all cancellations are logged in our system, and repeated cancellations may lead to lower priority for your future offers.

If I wish to return a purchase because the actual item differs from its description on Carousell, am I eligible for a refund?

If the return was due to an undisclosed defect / condition, we will issue a full refund.

However, if the defect / condition had been disclosed and pictured in the listing details, we will forfeit your deposit and refund the remaining balance.

What is your refund policy?

If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit the full amount back to the original payment method you used for your purchase.

If you paid by credit / debit card, we will submit your refund request to the bank within the next business day. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Are your listings sold on consignment? Can I sell my items on your Carousell too?

Our listings are not consigned items. However, we do buy in pre-loved luxury pieces directly for cash. For a complimentary quote, please reach out to our Purchase Department via WhatsApp.

Do you offer cleaning services for the items you sell?

No, all items are sold as-is without any additional cleaning services provided.

Does my purchase come with branded paper bags?

Regrettably, we do not include branded paper bags with purchases as part of our standard practice.

Can you source a bag for me?

Unfortunately, we do not provide sourcing services for specific brands or models. You may check back on our Carousell page regularly for the latest arrivals.
